Mango Fruit Benefits
The mango fruit is an exotic food very appreciated in cooking due to all its different possibilities. We are talking about a juicy and refreshing fruit ideal for having in summer in the shape of mango fruit concentrate, among other possibilities.
This tropical fruit provides us with great quantities of vitamin C and pro vitamin A, being an important booster of our immune system. Moreover, the mango fruit has many carbohydrates, so it is perfect for athletes.
It contains water in a high percentage of its weight. In fact, in some cases, the mango fruit water reaches to complete the total volume of its weight (75%-80%) Because of this it is considered to be very refreshing and moisturizing.
THE MANGO FRUIT PROVIDES ANTIOXIDANTS
Among the minerals complementing the mango fruit, we find a remarkable quantity of potassium and magnesium. The first one is very useful to erase the wastes of cells, while the other helps attaching the calcium in bones.
The mango fruit has a satiating power and, due to its fibre, is a natural laxative, being advisable in weight-loss diets. Other fruit with a high fibre volume are the tangerine, raspberry and the pineapple.
